If I had to pick one cuisine to eat the rest of my life, it would definitely be Mediterranean. So many delectable bites and so many great wines from which to choose!
Each flavor brings a different memory to mind - an evening watching the sun set across the sea from a cliffside restaurant in Italy, the sound of crickets in the afternoon in Provence as we poured yet another glass of rosé, the smell of the wood fire where the evening's roast lamb was slowly being turned by an elderly man tending the spit in Greece...
From Spain, Italy, Croatia, and Lebanon, we’ll take a trip around the area and celebrate the flavors of this very special region of the world.
