Richland 101 (Spring 2017)
Richland 101 is a free course about YOUR local government. This year, classes are 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays from March 9-April 10. We'll go on a tour of the detention center, visit the County airport, meet in the Emergency Operations Center and explore other facilities while learning how your tax dollars provide a multitude of services.
