Tour the New Richland County Decker Center

Richland County Councilmen Jim Manning and Greg Pearce invite you to get a sneak peak of the soon-to-be-opened Decker Center! During this Special Edition of Richland 101, residents can tour Richland County’s newest facility that houses Central Magistrate Court, a Sheriff’s Department substation and a common area for community events.
