Join CRCA's Emerging Leaders for a Virtual Cocktail Class with Hollow Leg. 

During this hour-long class, our host will walk us through understanding mixology in its most basic form: dilution & temperature; the science of taste (including trigeminal effects); interesting information about the spirits we use; the science of bitters/tinctures; and the importance of balance and mouthfeel.  We will also have time to get all of your mixology questions answered.

Both cocktails can be made into mocktails for those who want to keep it alcohol free!
