Asian Carp Webinar
The River Alliance and many of our partners have been speaking to representatives from federal and state agencies, research institutions, local river groups, and sportsmen's organizations to determine our preparedness here in Wisconsin for the arrival of Asian Carp. While much attention has been given to the Chicago canal system and the Great Lakes, carp are arriving through the backdoor via the Mississippi River and, potentially, over our highways. You are invited to join us for a one hour webinar where we will share the gaps we have identified in the fight and discuss how we can do better to prevent, control, and mitigate their arrival here in Wisconsin.
