Canning 101 Workshop 

Join us for an intro to water bath canning with Chef Doug Weber. Learn how to safely preserve the season's harvest! Each participant will take home a jar of applesauce and a jar of apple butter, made with local apples from Hugus Fruit Farm. This workshop is a fundraiser for the market - the class fee is by sliding scale donation: $15 - $60.
