The Bells of St. Matthew's and The Lincoln Ringers are pleased to sponsor our fifth annual Holiday Rep Reading and Skill Building Workshops. The morning workshops will offer classes in Basic Ringing Skills, Bass Bell and Treble Bell Techniques, Weaving, Creative Movement and others. The afternoon Rep Reading will showcase holiday music, recent publications, and selections for a variety of skill levels as well as ensemble sizes.
Classes will be taught by some of the area's most enthusiastic and knowledgeable handbell artists. Participants can attend up to four classes with four different topics offered during each session. Our goal is to help improve ringing skills, boost performance confidence, and encourage looking at this unique instrument in new ways.
The music we review will be available for sale at a discount with no shipping charges. You may pay by check, credit card, or use your Jeffers account number.
Coffee, water and snacks will be available. Bring your own paper bag lunch if you're spending the day. Also bring gloves and a music binder.
