Join young people in grades 9-12 from around Western North Dakota for the 2017 WND Synod LYO
Gathering in Bismarck.  Come spend 3 days, 2 nights together having fun, serving the community, worshiping God and growing in faith.

Registration Deadline is October 1, 2017.
Cost per person is $150 for lodging and registration.
Late Registrations will be charged an additional $25 per person.

In Kind Offering

Congregation Groups are invited to bring fleece fabric.  This fabric will be turned into blankets during the course of the gathering and the blankets will be donated to local agencies.

Rozella Haydee' White, Thurs & Fri Evening Presenter

Rozella Haydée White is a coach, creator, and consultant accompanying individuals, organizations and communities live meaningful lives by embracing the fullness of who they are.

Rozella currently serves as the Houston City Director for Mission Year, an organization committed to walking with young adults as they fall in love with Jesus and the city, come alive in their gifts and purpose, build beloved community across dividing lines and become advocates for God's justice in our neighborhoods and world. She previously served as the Director for Young Adult Ministry for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), one of the largest protestant denominations in the United States.

As a writer, teacher, preacher and public theologian, Rozella is a known presence on social media boldly engaging issues of faith, justice, mental illness and the radical and transformative love of Jesus. Rozella is desperately seeking justice, mercy, humility and love. She believes that everyone is gifted and has the power to transform themselves, their communities and the world when they tap into their most authentic self. 

Rev. Mark Narum, Synod Bishop

Rev. Mark Narum serves as Bishop of the Western North Dakota Synod.  He cares deeply about helping Lutherans in our synod engage in God’s mission of sharing Christ’s love with our communities, through service, words, and actions.  Mark will preach at our opening worship.

  The Glue, Worship Band

Staff from our synod’s 4 Bible Camps - Badlands Ministries, Camp of the Cross Ministries, Metigoshe Ministries and Upper Missiouri Ministries - will lead us in worship and opening music each day.
