SBE "Multi-Cultural Perspectives on Career Readiness" Forum at Everett Community College

Please join State Board of Education members for an open discussion about existing supports & barriers to career readiness for students of color in the K-12 system. The community forum will be Tuesday, Mar. 7 at Everett Community College in the Jackson Conference Center Building.

The Board will hold a regular daytime meeting March 8-9 in Everett. Public comment is scheduled during that Board meeting. This Tuesday evening forum is a special opportunity for the Board to engage with members of the public about education policy in Washington state.  

If a quorum of board members are present at the Tuesday forum, it will be a public meeting per RCW 42.30.030.
