July 2021 Chapter Meeting

This in-person / Zoom broadcast meeting is our first hybrid meeting and chance to meet in-person at a Chapter Meeting. If you woud like to attend in-person we will be meeting at the Terracon offices in conference room located at 1800 Reynolds Ave, North Charleston, SC. In-person attendance has $20 fee which includes catered lunch. No fee for Zoom attendance.

Our July meeting guest speaker is NAWIC Palmetto member Samantha Kolner, President of Prime Structured Cabling, LLC. Sam will talk about how her construction company in low voltage wiring came to be and her challenges and successes.

A little more from Sam herself:

I am a commerical low voltage contractor specializing in copper & fibe stuctured cabling, full netowrk design and installations, security cameras, voice over IP telecom service, and ohter commerical technology needs. My career path has been far from conventional - from studying Criminal Justice in college to retail store managment in New York ,Miami, and Charleston - to today, getting ready to celecrate my business turnig 2 years old! I hope the story of my journey can insprire at least one person to break the mold and maybe shatter a glass ceiling along the way.

Moving foward Chapter meetings be a ybrid mix of in-person and zoom with the following schedule:

11:30am -11:45am Networking and lunch

11:45am - 11:55am Sponsor presentation

11:55am - 12:20pm Speaker presentation (this includes Q & A)

12:30pm - 1:00pm Chapter business

Member fee for in-person attendance will be $20 to cover catering per person.
