2023 Day of Safety
1Summary
The 3rd Annual Day of Safety will be held in partnership with Blithewold Mansion, Gardens and Arboretum and in honor of the late Fred Perry, New England Chapter ISA past president and former Director of Horticulture at Blithewold. The day will include Chipper Safety, Chainsaw Safety, Precision Tree Felling, Stop the Bleed Training, and Proper Tree Planting. $75 member, $110 non-member(includes 1-year membership).
Includes a copy of the z133 safety standards and an event t-shirt. 7 CEUs pending.

2:30-3:30 - Memorial Tree Planting/Proper Tree Planting Techniques - Tom Morra, Greg Lukos and Kevin Brewer (the tree for this demonstration is being generously donated by Bartlett Tree Experts)
