Predictive Learning Analytics is a revolutionary new measurement and evaluation methodology for increasing training transfer in your learning programs. It bridges the learning/application gap by using five key metrics to pinpoint the underlying causes of scrap learning associated with a training program. It also provides specific direction as to where you should take targeted corrective actions to mitigate or eliminate the causes you have uncovered. In short, it moves your measurement and evaluation efforts from measurement to management.
The program consists of four three-hour modules spread over two weeks. Also included are three hours of voluntary virtual group coaching (See the infographic below). Workshop enrollment is limited to 15 participants to ensure time for small group breakout activities and Q and A time with Ken Phillips, the methodology's creator and chief architect.
