Dynamic Edge 2023 High Performance Program

New this summer is a revamped 18U program that is structured similar to what we offer for our Junior and College players. The program is designed for players who have previously played or will be playing at the 18U (2005/06/07) or 16U (2007/08/09) level for the upcoming season. The program will start in early July and run through until mid-to-late August.

Skating will be a core focus, along with puck skills, battle & compete drills, small scrimmages and game situations. The program is broken into 2 parts in order to accommodate players' schedules as well as allow them to attend Regional/National/Junior camps without having to miss sessions. Priority will be given to players who register for the full program.

For the first several weeks, players will combine groups and skate twice per week for 1.25hrs per session. There will be a 1-week break for plauers to attend Team BC and Team Canada development camps. In August, players will be broken up into their respective groups and will skate for 2hrs per day, 5 days per week. See below for a tentative schedule.
