25th Annual Festival of Fireworks Event!!!

The Labor Day fireworks display is a favorite event of residents of Cincinnati and Kentucky.  Each year the fireworks are even more amazing and draw even bigger crowds.  The Dan Beard Council is hosting the 25th Annual Festival of Fireworks event that will give you the best view of the fireworks in the Tri-State area and provide easy access to I-71 to avoid the traffic.  We have over 750 people who attend this event each year and help raise over $135,000, which will make a huge impact in Scouting! 

Event Details:

When: Sunday, September 6, 2015; 5:30pm-10:00pm

Where: On top of Mt. Adams adjacent to the Highland Tower, 1071 Celestial Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202

Schedule: 5:00pm - Close.......Shuttle Bus Service

                  5:30pm - 9:30pm....Beverage Station Open

                  5:30pm - 9:00pm.....Live Music & Entertainment

                  5:30pm....................Auction & Basket Raffle

                  6:30pm....................Children's meal served from Gold Star Chilimobile

                  6:30pm....................Adult meal served by The Celestial

                  9:05pm.....................Riverfest Fireworks

Children's Activity Area:

 The Children's Activity Area has a variety of activities to keep everyone busy for the evening, between face painting, bouncy houses, a caricature artist, balloon twister, jewelry making, speed pitch, corn hole, and many more activities!  Scouting troops set up and monitor this area throughout the whole evening.

$15,000 Title Sponsor: Event naming rights.  Four tables of 10 (40 adult seats) inclusive of meals and beverages.  Unlimited number of Children's Tickets.  Company promotional products on display.  Promo signage throughout the event.  Preferred parking and shuttle service.  Sponsor recognition through signage, program and tables. 

$10,000 Tent Sponsor: Two tables of 10 (20 adults seats) inclusive of meals and beverages.  Unlimited number of Children's Tickets.  Promo signage on tent panels.  Preferred parking and shuttle service.  Sponsor recognition through signage, program and tables.

$2,500 Gold Table: One table of 10 adult seats inclusive of meals and beverages.  Unlimited number of Children's Tickets.  Preferred parking and shuttle service.  Sponsor recognition (signage, program, tables).

$1,500 Silver Table: One table of 6 adult seats inclusive of meals and beverages.  Unlimited number of Children's Tickets.  Event parking and shuttle service.  Sponsor Recognition (signage, program, tables). 

$300 Couples Package: Two adult tickets inclusive of meals and beverages.  Event parking and shuttle service.

$150 Individual Ticket: One adult ticket inclusive of meal and beverages.  Event parking and shuttle service

$25 Children's Cookout Ticket: One ticket available for children 18 and under.  Upgrade for adult meal are available.
