C3 - Campbell's Gold Honey Farm and Meadery

Judy and Mike will give a brief overview of their honey farm before focusing in on where honey and pollen come from and how the bees know where to find the flowers. There will be a series of honey samples to taste that will illustrate the ways in which different natural floral sources create honeys that vary in colour, taste, and sweetness!
