PRISM User Group Meeting 

2012 PRISM Meeting Precision Solutions Group, Inc. is once again sponsoring your 2013 PRISM User Group Meeting.  As in past years, registration will begin with an informal reception on Sunday evening, October 20th.  We will then get down to business on Monday, October 21st and Tuesday, October 22nd.  The meeting typically runs through late Tuesday afternoon.  Please plan on attending what past attendees have always rated a valuable and rewarding and fun conference.  Register now below so we can more effectively plan the meeting.  We want to have the most successful, collaborative, and worthwhile meeting to date.

Last year's attendees expressed the desire for the meeting to be held near PSGi's offices in the Boston area so the group can meet in person the team that provides support and service for so many of you. We've contracted with the Marriot Hotel in Newton, MA for this year's meeting.

While there may be some final tweaking to the 2013 PRISM Meeting agenda, it has already been praised as the "Best agenda of all the preceding PRISM User
Group Meetings."  This year's meeting is packed with

Braggin' Rights Session
 
Monday afternoon we will once again hold the famous Braggin' Rights session where you are encouraged to BRAG for 3 to 5 minutes about an improvement you've made with your extended PRISM software.  Short powerpoint presentation on a memory stick is recommended.  A raffle prize will be awarded to one lucky presenter.hile the agenda is fairly full, we would consider additional attendee presentations. MEETING ATTENDANCE FEE:  $650 per person is the fee to attend this year's meeting.  Recognize PSGi does not profit from the meeting fee and we make every effort to keep the fee as low as possible (2012's fee was $750). This fee includes meals, opening reception, keynote speaker, meeting space, etc.  Based on feedback we have received since we began sponsoring the meeting 7 years ago, the value received for this fee is "astounding" and well worth the investment.  The fee will be invoiced after the meeting.  If you register and are unable to attend for any reason, the fee will not be charged.  So why not ... 

Marriot Newton HOTEL ROOMS MAY STILL BE AVAILABLE:  Although our group rate has "expired", rooms may still be available at the negotiated group rate of $189 per room per night.  Marriott requests that you book your room at the standard rates and then let me know
your confirmation number.  I will contact them and if rooms at the group rate are available, they will apply that rate to your reservation.

TRANSPORTATION.  The Newton Marriot Hotel is a 30+ minute drive from Boston's Logan airport (BOS).  Taxis and shuttle busses are available from the airport to Logan.  We will be providing transportation to and from Monday's social event.  A car will not be necessary to participate in the meeting.
