CLC's Trivia Night & Silent Auction features 4 rounds of friendly and spirited competition with local teams testing their knowledge against each other and competing for cash prizes. The evening’s overall winning team earns bragging rights, $500, and also takes home the Trivia Night Trophy. Tickets are $50 per person (plus a $2 service fee), includes a light supper between rounds, and the chance to bid on wonderful silent auction items.
Trivia Night opens with social time and a cash bar while you meet up with your team and survey the competition. Be sure to check out the fantastic silent auction items.
How It Works
Trivia Night is for individuals, couples or teams. You can register your team of up to 6 people or come to the event and join a team that night. The evening will include 4 rounds of trivia questions and light supper fare between rounds. Nelson McDaniel is Master of Ceremonies and will keep things moving along. Topics might include general knowledge, New Bern facts, subjects such as movies and sports, even questions from the US citizenship and GED exams taken by some of our students.
Winners of each round will earn cash prizes, and the winning team overall takes home $500 and the Trivia Night Trophy. Last year's winners - the Quizzly Bears - are anxious to check out this year's competition.
