Learn the benefits of mindfulness practice and specific techniques to begin or deepen your practice. This two hour workshop will focus on managing the often times stressful holiday season.
Instructor Joann Calabrese will provide some of the basics of mindfulness practice and help participants develop a plan to implement the practice.
