Roofline of dairy barn, now studios for artists, writers and composers

VCCA.  A Creative Space.
For forty years, VCCA has awarded fellowships to thousands of this century’s most exceptional writers, composers and visual artists. In the quiet Blue Ridge Mountain solitude of individual studios, our Fellows find the time, space and freedom to produce award-winning works that fill concert halls, galleries, libraries and theaters around the world.

We look forward to the next forty years
of nourishing the creativity that enriches our civilization.
