Three Night Stay package  (Thurs. July 25-Sun. July 28)

• Single Occupancy Room - $550
• Double Occupancy Room - $410
• Triple Occupancy Room - $365
• Quad Occupancy Room - $340

Two Night Stay package (Fri. July 26 - Sun. July 28)

• Single occupany - $455
• Double occupancy - $358 
• Triple occupancy - $325 
• Quad occupancy - $305

Pay Deposit of $60 now - final balance will be due June 24, 2024.  If you register for the Double Occupancy 3 night package at $410 - Your deposit will be $60 now and balance due $350 later.  

*Please note, that if a roommate cancels you will be required to pay the new occupancy rate unless the cancelling roommate pays the difference. For example if you are registered for a 2 night triple and change to a double you will pay $358 instead of $325.  *You will need to present a credit card at the hotel for incidentals.

Registration Deposit $60  (Your balance due will be the package you choose above less the deposit of $60.)

OTHER INFO

• Hotel wifi is included for all and previously our experience is that the wifi is adequate at this hotel. However, please note that Scrappetizer is not responsible for wifi speed at the crop. Digital croppers may want to consider a hotspot or downloading some items ahead of time.
• Sample lunch buffet (Sat):  Soup du Jour, Assorted Wraps, Mediterranean Pasta Salad, Fresh Cut Fruit, House Made Chips, Fresh Baked Cookies, Brownies & Dessert Bars, Meal Beverages.
• Sample dinner buffet: (Fri) House Salad, Warm rolls, Fresh fruit salad, Sweet Corn, Roasted Potatoes, Chicken Marsala, Bistro Tenderloin, Assorted Desserts, Meal Beverages
• Final balance payment is due by June 15, 2024. Please note your balance due when you register so you can pay timely (This will be the total cost less deposit paid).  Credit card payments are not accepted for balance due amounts for this weekend.  Payments can be made by check, venmo or zelle.
