Frequently Asked Questions

What about the HOTEL ROOM? 

We have a room block at the Embassy Suites with a rate of $139 per night for 2 people. If you have a 3rd person in the room the rate is $149.  After you register, you will be sent a link to make your room reservation.

What grub is included?

Breakfast each day for overnight guests at the Embassy Made-to-Order breakfast buffet area.  Perhaps they will even have some Lucky Charms...

Friday & Saturday evening buffet dinners.

Lunch is YoYo (You're on Your own).

Will I be seated with my crop buddies?

YES,  please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration.

When is the balance due? 

Registration will request a $75 deposit to be paid by credit card or check - deposit required to hold your space. You may pay the full balance when you register. If you wish to pay by venmo or zelle - mark PAY BY CHECK at the bottom and you will not need to pay with registration but can send money separate.

Full balance due by February 15, 2023

What other costs are there?   

Supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, hotel amenities, massages or reflexology appointments

Suggestions on what to bring? 

• scrapbooking/stamping supplies, materials, projects, pictures & your camera
• a covered refillable mug for our Kuerig station
• Early Bird attendees bring SNACKS to share.
• overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, swimming suit....
• wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
• shopping money for our excellent vendors and massage therapy
• earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player
• a FRIEND    

What is the refund policy?  We offer a full credit for a future crop (not a refund) if you cancel before Jan 14, 2024.  If you cancel between Jan 15 - Feb 20 there is a $75 cancellation fee to cover our costs incurred and supplies ordered. After Feb 21 you can transfer your space to another cropper for a $15 transfer cost or receive a partial credit for what has not been guaranteed on your behalf. If you cancel a room reservation, you must noitify Scrappetizer so we can release the room to another guest if needed OR we won't be offer to offer any credits.

What hours will the cropping room be open?

 The crop room is open from Friday 8:00AM until Sunday 3:00PM.                   (closed in the wee hours from 2:30am-7:30am Fri/Sat)
