The Scrappetizer Weekends are FUN for scrapbookers, stampers and papercrafters. You will enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the hotel and the waterfront view dining room. The small room options are available for those who prefer to have their own room. This crop is designed to PAMPER you!!

Embassy Suites by Hilton is offering us a fantastic group room rate of only $139 night for an Embassy 2 room suite. (Add $10 for 3rd roommate) Split the total hotel cost with your roommies.  You will be provided with a link to register in our group room block when it opens in a few days.

Frequently Asked Questions

What about the HOTEL ROOM? 

We have a room block at the Embassy Suites with a rate of $139 per night for 2 people. If you have a 3rd person in the room the rate is $149.  After you register, you will be sent a link to make your room reservation.

What grub is included?

Breakfast is included at the Embassy Made-to-Order breakfast buffet for overnight guests.

Friday & Saturday dinner buffets.

Lunch is YoYo (You're on Your own).

Will I be seated with my crop buddies?

  YES,  please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration.

When is the balance due? 

Registration will request a $75 deposit to be paid by credit card or check - deposit required to hold your space. If you wish to pay the full balance when you register, please mark pay by check and an invoice will be sent to you. 

Full balance due by February 15, 2023

What other costs are there?   

Supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, hotel amenities, massages or reflexology appointments

Suggestions on what to bring? 

• scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects pictures & your camera
• a covered refillable mug for our Kuerig station
• Early Bird attendees bring SNACKS to share.
• overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, swimming suit....
• wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
• shopping money for our excellent vendors and massage therapy
• earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player
• a FRIEND    

What is the refund policy?  We offer a full credit for a future crop if you cancel before Feb 02, 2023.  If you cancel between Feb 03 - Mar 03 there is a $75 cancellation fee to cover our costs incurred and supplies ordered. After March 04 only a partical credit or transfer to another cropper may be allowed. If you cancel a room reservation, you must noitify Scrappetizer so we can release the room to another guest if needed OR we won't be offer to offer any credits.

What hours will the cropping room be open?

 The crop room is open from Friday 8:00AM until Sunday 3:00PM.  (closed from 2:30am-7:30am Fri/Sat)

 (with EXTRA Bonus hours on Thurs Apr. 28 - Early Bird Set up from 8pm - 11pm
