Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be seated with my friends? YES, please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration.
Is it easy to unload my car? YES, the crop room is located close to a drive up entrance with plenty of carts. NO ELEVATOR THIS YEAR! We are in the ballroom close to the parking lot.
When is the balance due? The final balance is due on Dec. 12, 2017. You will get a reminder email with the total you owe and can pay by mailing a check, paypal or by credit card.
What meals are included? Saturday and Sunday breakfast buffet and Saturday lunch. The Friday dinner buffet is optional but highly recommended! Everyone loved it last year.
What other costs are there? Your meals listed above are included along with snacks, prize tickets, make-n-takes, cropping space, and hotel taxes. Bring extra money for any supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, hotel amenities, massages or reflexology appointments. Ocean Place has complimentary wireless internet, business center and fitness room
How much is EARLY BIRD ADMISSION on Thursday night? It's FREE! To keep the Early Bird FREE - but we do ask that you bring a snack to share! (coffee supplies, chocolate, potato chips, water bottles, soda, packaged snacks....)
Children? This is a wonderfull weekend retreat for adults. Our attendees would like a weekend retreat to scrapbook and be with their adult friends. Please do not register children under 14.
Suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects pictures & your camera
- Overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, swimming suit.... Polar Bear plunge not required ...there is a HOT TUB.
- Wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
- Shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, massages and reflexology
- Earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player - We will play music in the room.
What hours will the cropping room be open?
The crop room will be open Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 a.m. (or until the last person leaves.) and opens Sat and Sun in the morning at 7:00 a.m. Earlier times may be available with special request.
