The Scrappetizer Weekends at Hamilton Park are a FUN weekend for scrapping, stamping and papercrafting.  You will enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the hotel and the award winning dining room.  Croppers can't stop talking about the great food and cropping space.  This crop is designed to PAMPER you!!

      $50 deposit required to reserve a space -- Please understand that payment in full is due 3 weeks prior to crop weekend. Payment in full is requested by check. we include a small processing fee for paypal invoices.

Frequently Asked Questions 

Why is this a "Cream of the Crops" location?  First, this is the best place to have a scrapbooking week-end --  Second, you will be pampered with great food, great chairs, customer service and an all around wonderful getaway retreat!

Will I be seated with my crop buddies?   YES,  please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration. 

Is there someone to help me unload my stuff?   YES , there are doorman available to assist you!!  They can deliver your "bags" right to your crop table!

 When is the balance due?   The final balance is due on Sept 22, 2017.  You will get a reminder email with the total you owe and can pay by mailing a check or credit card.  

What other costs are there?   Your meals as listed above are included along with snacks, prize tickets, make-n-takes , cropping space, and hotel taxes and gratuities.  Bring extra money for any supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, hotel amenities, massages or reflexology appointments. Hamilton Park has complimentary wireless internet and computer stations right outside our crop room.

Suggestions on what to bring? 

•   Bring scrapbooking or stamping supplies,  pictures, camara, travel mug with cover
• overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers,  swimming suit....
• we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
• shopping money  for our excellent vendor booths, massages and reflexology
• earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player

What hours will the cropping room be open?     

         Thurs 9:00pm - 11:00pm for Early Bird Set up  (not all night)  Bring a snack to share for free early bird admittance.     Friday 9:00am - Sunday 4:00pm
