Frequently Asked Questions
What meals are included with my package? The End of the Summer Luau 2012 includes 4 meals: an Italian dinner buffet on Fri , lunch and a dinner buffet on Sat & lunch on Sun. You may preorder the optional breakfast buffet for $13.75. No meals are included on Thursday for early birds.
Will I be seated with my crop buddies? YES, please list those you would like to be seated with or a group name on your registration form. We are a friendly group: Individuals are welcome to attend and will be seated with other croppers.
When is the balance due? The final balance is due on Aug 16, 2012. You will get a reminder email with the total you owe and can pay by check or credit card.
Scrappers Garage Sale? Bring a basket of items or item ($5.00 minimum) to sell at our scrappers garage sale during the Moonlight Madness event.
What other costs are there? Bring extra money for any supplies purchased from the vendors, class fees, hotel amenities, massages or reflexology appointments. The Chateau Resort has complimentary wireless access and a business center. The meals listed above are included along with some snacks, prize tickets, make-n-takes, cropping space & taxes.
Any suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring any scrapbooking,stamping supplies, materials and projects you want to work with
- pictures and your camera
- a covered coffee or drink mug (no open containers on crop tables)
- overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, and maybe even your swimming suit....
- we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
- shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, massages and reflexology
- grass skirt ....
- earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player (Scrappetizer will play a variety of music -- individual music must have earphones)
What hours will the cropping room be open?
The crop begins at 8:00 am on Fri. and ends at 5:00 pm on Sun.! We will close and lock the cropping room when the last person leaves at night which is usually around 3:00 a.m. and reopen at 6:30 a.m. for early risers. The room may be open 24 hours.
