Inclement Weather Policies:

Sport-related camps are outdoor camps.  Camp instructors provide ample water breaks and some camps will include swimming.  It is the parent/guardian responsibility to apply sunblock on your child prior to arriving at camp each morning.  In addition, it is important to supply your child with enough cold, drinking water for the entire duration of the camp each day. Please label all snack and drink containers with your childs name.

Cancellation of a camp due to inclement weather (heat, rain, etc.) is determined at the discretion of the camp instructor.  A decision/policy by the instructor will be given to parent on first day of camp.

Should camp be cancelled due to inclement weather it is up to the instructor to provide an alternate date or pro-rate the camp. If an alternate date is offered, then a pro-rate will not be an option, even if the camper is unable to attend.

BY REGISTERING FOR THIS CAMP, YOU AGREE WITH THE POLICIES LISTED ABOVE.
