Drone Camp

Hosted by Code Ninjas

Morning Camp

August 3 - 7, 2020

9 am – 12 noon (ages 10 - 15)

$199 per camper

CoDrone is a tiny quadcopter drone you can program to do whatever you want; follow you, engage in laser battles, go through a maze, and more.  We will program the drone in block-based coding so no coding experience is needed.

Due to the nature of our camp, students will be expected to compose themselves with maturity and follow all safety guidelines.  Parents will be contacted and students asked to leave immediately, without refund, if they act in an unsafe manner.

If registering for BOTH Drone Camp and Programming in Pythone Coding Camp for the week of August 3 - 7 then make it a full day with a supervised lunch break from 12 noon - 1 pm.  You must register for both Drone Camp and Programming in Pythone Camp seperately.  Cost for the full day camp is $360.  You must bring your own lunch.

Payment types accepted via PayPal (credit card) during registration or exact change/check made payable to HCCA at the Sports club upon registration.

There are no additional PayPal fees applied.

**CAMP DEPOSIT DUE UPON REGISTRATION.**

50% deposit of total camp fee due at registration.  $25 of this fee is non-refundable. You may also pay for the camp in full.

Balance due two weeks prior to first day of camp.  No refunds will be given within two weeks of camp start date. (regardless of the reason for cancellation)

Camp deposits are non-transferrable between other HC camps.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund less the $25 non-refundable fee will be given only to cancellations prior to two weeks of camp start date (regardless of the reason for cancellation)

Cancellation within two weeks of start date will not be refunded. (regardless of the reason for cancellation)

Non-resident camp policy:

Non-residents may register for camp after May 15th only if attending as a guest with a HC resident. One guest per HC resident permitted.

Inclement Weather Policies:

Sport-related camps are outdoor camps.  Camp instructors provide ample water breaks and some camps will include swimming.  It is the parent/guardian responsibility to apply sunblock on your child prior to arriving at camp each morning.  In addition, it is important to supply your child with enough cold, drinking water for the entire duration of the camp each day.

Cancellation of a camp due to inclement weather (heat, rain, etc.) is determined at the discretion of the camp instructor.  A decision/policy by the instructor will be given to parent on first day of camp.

Should camp be cancelled due to inclement weather it is up to the instructor to provide an alternate date or pro-rate the camp. If an alternate date is offered, then a pro-rate will not be an option, even if the camper is unable to attend.

BY REGISTERING FOR THIS CAMP, YOU AGREE WITH THE POLICIES LISTED ABOVE.
