DREAM JOURNEYS WORKSHOP
Facilitated by Tess Keehn, LMFT, CHT
Dream Journeys is an afternoon of exploring the meaning of our nighttime dreams and their pertinence to our waking lives. Based on guidelines and tools developed by Jeremy Taylor, Stephen Aizenstat, and Judith Orloff, the group will create a safe space for discovering dream wisdom.
- Learn to mine your dreams for wisdom, inspiration and direction
- Cultivate the deep sense of meaning in dreams
- Discover whether guidance is offered and prayers answered in your dreams
We will “draw” one dream from the group to be explored and be “tended.” Shared agreements and group confidentiality create a safe and sacred environment to unfold authentically and integrate deeply.
The group meeting will begin and conclude with a gently guided and prayerful meditation. Participants are encouraged to arrive on time since doors will close for meditation promptly at 1:40 p.m.
