Small Business Selling 1: Selling Techniques - May 15th, 2018

This workshop provides an overview of the selling process, dealing with the “soft” techniques: face-to-face encounters, communicating the scope of the deal, negotiating, listening, establishing trust and asking for the order. It will also address overcoming the fear of being the sales person for the business.
