Gwen Sandefur will be sharing a mix of advice and coaching from the perspective of a successful healthcare executive mother and wife.  You will have a few laughs, observe a coaching demo, and have an opportunity to for a private coaching experience, whether virtual or in-person. Be prepared to take notes and get-real as we are all straddling the “how-to’s” of a “new-normal” when it’s up to us to create that new normal.

Gwen Sandefur comes to executive coaching having spent 25 years in strategy and operations for national and regional health systems.  As a senior executive in regional operations, hospital group president, and Chief Care Transformation Officer, she has first-hand knowledge of the challenges and rewards of demanding leadership roles.  Her passions include working with healthcare executives, women in executive leadership roles, and entrepreneurs/entrepreneurs-in-spirit. She has found that these groups generally share the following: 1) they care for others more than themselves; 2) they seek to understand the unwritten nuances of their professions to be more effective; and 3) they believe “there must be a better way” and “there must be more they can do to impact culture”.
