Among the achievements are the opening of a new Emergency Center, the Womens Pavilion, a comprehensive Cardiology serviceline including Open Heart Surgery, partnerships with over thirty long term care facilities, the recruitment of numerous Physicians both primary care and specialists, the partnership with Janus and  Riverview for transportation to and from any Riverview healthcare location, several citation free surveys for quality of care, the partnership with the Noblesville school system for care of employee healthcare needs, athletic trainers/Medical Directorship and the partnership with the employees of local county employees for their healthcare needs through employer based clinics.
