As a business, your ability to respond quickly and recover after an emergency is critical to ensure your success. This workshop will show you how to be better prepared for emergencies. Topics that will be covered are:
- Assessing your Risks as a Business
- Identifying your business' critical functions
- Evaluating and reducing your risk to suppliers
- How to handle your key data and communications
- The essentials of insurance for business disruptions
- The Emergency Services available - if needed
You will leave with a user-friendly 10 page "Business Continuity Plan" workbook - digitally accesible for interactive planning.
