Richard is Founder and President of RSL Consulting Group, LLC, an organization development consultancy. He has over 35 years of experience working with the leaders of small and mid-size organizations, for profit and non-profit, helping them clarify visions, formulate strategy and create personal and organizational goal systems. Richard has facilitated hundreds of management and leadership development workshops in the Northeast Corridor and is a SCORE mentor.
