Tom Gallagher is an Intellectual Property and Business attorney with a practice worldwide. He has experience in patent, copyright and trademark law including practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. Copyright Office, several U.S. Courts, including the Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and U.S. Customs.

Dimitrios Moscholeas a New York attorney serves as Of Counsel to attorney Tom Gallagher's law firm. Dimitrios is a dynamic litigator having a special focus on, and experience, in Intellectual Property Litigation, especially in the resolution of trademark and copyright disputes. His practice also encompasses Patent Litigation, General Civil Litigation, basic Business/Corporate Law. He has practice experience in both major law firm and small practice settings in the United States and Europe. Dimitrios graduated cum laude from Fordham University.
