Richard is founder and President of RSL Consulting, LLC, an organization development consultancy. He has over 35 years of experience working with leaders of small and mid-sized organizations, for profit and nonprofit, helping them clarify visions, formulate strategy and create personal and organizational goal systems. Richard has facilitated hundreds of management and leadership development workshops in the Northeast Corridor. He created GoalTrakŪ, the web based strategic goals driven performance management system. He is also a SCORE mentor.
