This is a workshop that examines in detail how business owners can use financial statements to more effectively run the business.
You will learn:
- Explanations of Profit and Loss Statements, the Balance Sheet and the Cash Flow Statement
- How the 3 financial statements work together
- Common problems in maintaining these statements
- Financial Ratios - how they can be used to optimize business performance
- Examples of using financial statements
Our Speaker: John Harmon is Managing Director of Adulant Consulting Services which advises small and medium size businesses on strategies for growth and operating excellence. John has held senior leadership and executive positions at Eastman Kodak, the Gartner Group and Pitney Bowes in sales, marketing, quality management, strategies planning and new business development. He is also a volunteer with SCORE.
