Please do not buy tickets from 3rd parties.  We have had many cases of individuals who do not have tickets trying to sell them.  All tickets were registered in original purchasers name, and cannot be sold.  If you missed getting tickets to this year's event, we hope you can make it next year!  Tickets for 2022 will open mid-October.  Merry Christmas!

 

Visit our Christmas Wonderland at Creative Works Farm! Join us for a walk through light display in Adaville (our 50's themed town), music light shows, visit Santa in his workshop, check out the Grinch's Funhouse, enjoy cookies and hot chocolate, let the kids decorate gingerbread cookies with Mrs Claus in our giant Gingerbread House, make Christmas ornaments and see animals at the barn, enjoy a wagon ride, and more! $10 per person, kids 2 and under are free. All proceeds benefit Camp LIGHT!  Tickets must be purchased in advance, are valid only on the date purchased for,  and tickets are limited!  Please read rules and other detail below before purchasing tickets

Special Info and Release of Liability

• NOTE:  TICKETS ARE GOOD FOR DATE  AND TIME LISTED ON TICKET ONLY.  WE WILL BE SELLING TICKETS AS TIMED TICKETS TO SPREAD OUT GUESTS ARRIVAL TIMES TO HELP AVOID CROWDING.  BE SURE TO PURCHASE FOR A DATE AND TIME THAT YOU CAN MAKE IT.

• FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF ALL GUESTS AND VOLUNTEER STAFF, ANY STATE HEALTH MANDATES ACTIVE DURING THE EVENT WILL BE FOLLOWED.  

• When purchasing tickets, the number of tickets you purchase in one transaction will be redeemed all at once when tickets are scanned at the gate from your vehicle. (ex: if you purchase 4 tickets, all 4 people must attend in the same vehicle together).  Please purchase only the amount of tickets for the people who will be attending with you.   
• All ticket sales are final.  If event is rescheduled for any weather related issues, your ticket will be redeemable on the rescheduled day.
• Make a difference...Give the Gift of Summer Camp:  Have you considered making a donation through our "Give the Gift of Summer Camp" program? Help a child with special needs get a chance to experience the joy of summer camp!  You can make a donation in your name or in honor or memory of someone special.  All "Give the Gift" donations will be recognized during the event on our giving tree in the middle of our town. If you wish to donate as a Christmas gift to someone, a card can be mailed to the gift recipient to let them know a gift was made in their honor.  Learn more at www.creativeworksfarm.org 
• No smoking policy: Creative Works Farm is a smoke free, vape free, tobacco free, alcohol free, drug free, and weapon free facility.  No smoking or use of any of these products allowed on the premises.
• Release of liability: By purchasing a ticket to the Christmas Wonderland (the event) at Creative Works Farm (CWF),  I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by CWF, or the employees, representatives, or agents of CWF.  I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members or others attending under my name, and further release and discharge CWF for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presense upon the facilities of CWF, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, CWF or other third parties.  I agree to indemnify and defend CWF against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, cost or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of CWF.  
• Wellness agreement: I understand that I should not attend if I am experiencing symptoms such as (but not limited to) fever, coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, or shortness of breath, or have been exposed to someone in the past 14 days who has been diagnosed with a communicable disease such as COVID.  If I am purchasing tickets for others, I certify that I have communicated these rules to others in my party, and all guests in my party agree to abide by these rules.  I understand that I am attending a public event where there is risk to exposure to COVID or other communicable disease and assume all risk.
• Photograph and Media Release:  By purchasing a ticket, I hereby grant and convey unto CWF all rights, title and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by CWF during the event, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the frequently asked questions about our Christmas Wonderland. We hope to see you there!

WHEN IS THE CHRISTMAS WONDERLAND EVENT?
It will be held for 4 dates: (Fridays and Saturdays) Dec 3, 4, 10, and 11,  from 5pm until 8pm.  Your ticket will be purchased for a specific arrival time (5pm, 6pm, or 7pm). 

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS WHEN I ARRIVE?

No. Tickets MUST be purchased before the event by visiting www.creativeworksfarm.org.  To help control crowds, tickets will be sold as timed tickets, so please purchase tickets for a time you can arrive by. Tickets sold out early last year, so don’t miss out!

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?
You can either print your ticket or have the QR pulled up on your phone when you arrive for the person at the gate to scan you in. Please be sure that everyone on your ticket are with you when you arrive. When ticket is scanned in, it checks in the entire group. If someone is in a different car, please try to drive in with one car behind the other so that they can all get checked in.

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTLY DELETED THE EMAIL WITH MY TICKET?
If this happens, please contact us to resend your e-ticket.

DO YOU HAVE TO ARRIVE AT THE TIME ON MY TICKET?  HOW LONG SHOULD I PLAN ON SPENDING AT THE EVENT?
Yes, you should arrive at the time scheduled on your ticket.  If you are running late, you may have to wait in your vehicle until crowd thins out.  The average family usually takes around 1-1.5 hours to see and do everything but it can take longer on busy nights.

IS THIS AN INDOOR OR OUTDOOR EVENT?
The event is primarily outdoors, with indoor spaces for some activities.  Face coverings will be required while indoors, on hayride, and any time 6ft distancing cannot be maintained.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 107 Creative Works Lane, Waynesboro (just north of Waynesboro, off of Purple Cow Rd/340N)

SOMEONE IS SELLING TICKETS ONLINE. IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM?
Always purchase directly from us. If someone is selling tickets, you can check with us to verify that the seller actually has tickets. All tickets are registered in our system with name and email address so it’s easy for us to verify. We have had instances of people who did not have tickets trying to sell fake tickets at a high price. If you notice this happening, please let us know.

WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL WE GET TO DO AT THE EVENT?
There is fun for the whole family with activities like an ornament making station, animals to see at the barn, photo ops in a sleigh with our fiberglass horse, hay rides, light displays, music light show every 15 minutes, enjoy cookies and hot chocolate, decorate gingerbread cookies with Mrs Claus inside our giant gingerbread house, photo ops throughout, visit Santa at his workshop (with his own light shows), our new Grinch's Funhouse, and more.   Kids will not sit on Santa's lap (he needs to stay healthy too!) but will be able to chat with him from a safe distance, and parents can take photos.  Face coverings will be required while indoors, on hayride and anytime 6ft social distancing cannot be maintained.

DOES THE TICKET PRICE INCLUDE ALL ACTIVITIES AT THE EVENT?
Your ticket price allows you to do all of the activities at the event without an additional charge. We will sell Domino’s pizza, drinks, and items in the General Store for anyone who wishes to purchase, so you may want to bring some cash or a credit card just in case.

WHAT IF THE DATE I BOUGHT MY TICKETS FOR GETS RESCHEDULED DUE TO WEATHER OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES?
All ticket holders for that date will be sent instructions to the email address on file if a day is rescheduled. Tickets will be valid for the new date only. Those who cannot make the new date will be given option to refund. (this is the exception to the no refund policy)

WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE?
We will have Domino’s pizza and drinks for sale. We also have complimentary cookies and hot chocolate.

IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
All activity areas can be accessed by wheelchair. Activities are spread out to different places with a path or hay ride taking you between main areas.  Individuals with mobility needs may not be able to get into the hay wagon. Those with wheelchairs who need to park closer to activity areas can get permission to park in special designated parking. If you need accommodations when you arrive, please let the gate person know.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Once you enter the gate, the entire facility at Creative Works Farm is a smoke-free, vape/e-cig free, tobacco free, drug free, alcohol free and weapon free zone.

CAN I BRING MY PET?
Pets are not allowed at this event. On-duty service dogs are allowed.

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO FROM THE CHRISTMAS WONDERLAND EVENT?
All proceeds from the event benefit Camp LIGHT, our summer camp program for individuals with special needs and at risk youth. We are a 501c(3) organization with a mission to empower, inspire, and spark the imagination of individuals with special needs in an environment that is adapted to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

HOW DO I GET A NAME ADDED TO YOUR "GIVING TREE"?
Our “Give the Gift of Summer Camp” program helps send kids with special needs and at risk youth to Camp LIGHT. For donations of $25, $50, $100, or $300, you can have a name added to our tree in honor or memory of someone, or in yours or your business name. ($300 donation covers all costs to send a child to camp, and donors at this level will receive our exclusive ornament as a thank you). If you are making a donation as a gift for someone, we can send them a card acknowledging the gift made in their name. The tree will be lit nightly during the Christmas Wonderland event.
