Negotiating Strategies for Subcontracts

October 9, 2014   1:00-4:30PM

 Tower Club, Vienna, VA

Workshop Description

As you grow your business, you need to know and understand how to protect your assets while subcontracting through larger primes and while bidding as a prime contractor on your own. Success in this arena involves well-written and protective subcontracts. Set-Aside Alert and Barton, Baker, Thomas & Tolle have put together an excellent seminar that puts you in the driver’s seat.

Negotiating Strategies for Subcontracts

October 9, 2014   1:00-4:00PM  Tower Club, Vienna VA

Here’s the most practical seminar you'll ever attend on the formation and performance of subcontracts in Federal procurements. Learn all you need to know about the Federal law, regulations and policies which provide the framework for subcontracts, and how to tie them to teaming agreements. We follow through from initial subcontract formation, including contract terms and conditions, to subcontract administration, performance, disputes, terminations, and claims resolution.

Our Instructor
