NeighborWorks America offers a variety of certification programs, including certifications for both homeownership counselors and affordable housing providers. Thank you for your interest in TSAHC's Housing Connection training. TSAHC is bringing NeighborWorks America to San Antonio to provide the following courses in June:

HO250- Homeownership Counseling Certification- $200 
(Monday-Friday)
This course is for pre-purchase homeownership counselors with a minimum of one year one-on-one counseling delivery experience. Through hands-on applications, this intermediate level course teaches counselors the skills, procedures and subject matter expertise needed to create successful new homeowners. Participants will learn how to provide one-on-one counseling sessions to address savings, credit and debt barriers to homeownership, and use the latest industry tools, techniques and resources.

AH224- Understanding Underwriting: Successful Loans for Nonprofit Developers - $100
(Monday-Tuesday)
Learn how to discuss your deal with private-sector lenders and present a loan package that will interest lenders and result in a positive review of your loan request. Find out what your loan package should and should not include. Discover how to best present your ideas to private-sector lenders to get them to finance your deal. Recommended for community housing development organizations (CHDOs), community-based organizations, community development corporations and others involved in financing real estate or business development deals.
