About Radisson Hotel La Crosse:

• For our 1 & 2 Day Exhibitors - WBBA negotiated pricing of $114.00/night for 1 king bed or $123.00/night for 2 queen beds.
            * Inclusive of hotel fees; subject to taxes
• For our PLATINUM & ELITE Sponsors - Negotiated price for the upgraded PLAZA CLUB LEVEL stay is $124.00/night for 1 king bed or $133.00/night for 2 queen beds.
            * Inclusive of hotel fees; subject to taxes
            * PLATINUM Sponsors: The WBBA will pay for your stay for up to 2 people and up to 3 nights.
            * ELITE Sponsors: The WBBA will pay for your stay for 1 person up to 2 nights.
            * Any additional nights needed for PLATINUM or ELITE Sponsors will be at the cost of the sponsor.

WBBA CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY - Should a conflict arise, you may cancel your registration with full refund up to 10 business days prior to the conference or November 19th, 2018. After that date, refunds are not possible. You must put your cancellation in writing to the WBBA offices directly at info@wbba.org.

Want to participate, but unable to attend? Your product giveaway, product samples, information, coupons, giveaway product/basket, can be distributed at the registration table area for a nominal $50 fee. Flyers/catalogs without a coupon/special or offer/innkeeper discount are not accepted. Simply hit "Register" and select "Non-participant - Virtual Vendor".
