Join your fellow UCC youth in exploring the Deuteronomy 31:6. God calls on us to be strong and courageous and to not be afraid.  But how do we do that in this crazy, messed up world?  We will use the Disney movie “Hercules” to help us see that strength is measured by the strength of our hearts rather than the strength of our muscles.

Spring Connection is a youth-planned and youth-led weekend retreat filled with life-lessons, games, food, movies, and fellowship. 

This retreat is open to youth in grades 6-12. The registration fee is $95 per person and includes lodging, snacks on Friday night, all meals on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday and a retreat t-shirt. An email with event details will be sent to all registrants closer to the event. This will include a packing list and schedule for the event. All participants must fill out the health form and bring it with them to the retreat.

We want to provide the safest atmosphere possible for all participants of the retreat. In order to accomplish this, we require all adult participants to complete a volunteer application and disclosure form and a background check. Please complete the consent form and email it to the IKC office. All information needs to be submitted to the IKC office by April 10 and is kept confidential.

Register online using the orange button below. Each attendee (youth and chaperone) needs to be registered separately (each with a different email address). For groups paying with one check from the church and others wishing to pay by check, please register each person and select "pay by check." You can then send the check payment through the mail.

Please register by April 10 to receive a t-shirt. Final registration for this event will close at the end of the day on April 22, 2019 .
