2017 Instructor/Director Meeting

Please take a moment to RSVP for the Instructor/Director Meeting to be held at Ramona (Riverside) High School on Saturday, January 28 from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Deadline to RSVP is January 25.
The Instructor/Director meetings will be used to review and clarify changes in procedures, rules, sheets, performance order, critique, and division selection among other topics.
A single ensemble representative in attendance will receive a single “Director Badge” for their ensemble - no multiple badges. The Director Badge can be used at events during the 2017 Season. Additionally, each ensemble in attendance will receive a priority “performance time” for regular season shows (not semis or finals).
If you are unable to send a representative to the meeting, you will not receive a director badge and your ensemble will be placed into normal performance order and will perform prior to those ensembles who attend the meeting.
Please RSVP in advance for the meetings and you must attend the Instructor/Director meeting to receive your “Director Badge” and “Priority” Performance time.
