REGISTRATION FEE: $50 per person

"Learning the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) Together"
Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) is going into effect on October 1, 2019. This interactive workshop will prepare you for this change by comprehensively reviewing PDPM, exploring action items that need to be completed immediately, and enabling participants to feel confident in their ability to work through actual patient data.

This session will include a review of the financial impact for your facility, as well as a good understanding of how therapy delivery and clinical aspects of care will change under PDPM. To maximize the practical learning impact of the session, time will be spent with attendees reviewing detailed examples of sample patients while working towards determining the per diems. Time will also be provided for one-on-one assistance, so please be sure to bring the questions you have regarding the implementation of PDPM in your facility.

The benefits of the session continue after attendees leave, as all participants will walk away with a practical plan outlining how to be successful under PDPM, as well as a toolkit to assist them once the implementation of PDPM commences.

This workshop will benefit: Nursing Home Administrators, Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, MDS Nurses, Admission Personnel, Billing Staff, and Accounting Personnel.
