Mr. Tom Murphy, Senior Fellow, ULI/Klingbell Family Chair for Urban Development

Mr. Murphy, is the former Mayor of Pittsburgh who lead the convesion of Pittsburgh from a steel industry economy to an Innovation Economy commonly referred to as MDs and Eds. He will speak to what it will take for New Orleans to make a similar conversion.

Mr. David Dixon, the Principal In Charge of Goody Clancey

Mr. Dixon, will speak of the City Master Plan, the BioDistrict Master Plan, and the Innovation District in Boston, MA and the U. District in Seattle, WA as well as other planning efforts underway like the Claiborne Avenue Corridor Study that will impact the future of New Orleans for the next couple of decades.
