About Michelle Khouri - Writer, Strategist and Speaker

If marketing is the craft of finding and articulating the story behind a brand, it makes perfect sense why natural storyteller, Michelle Khouri, is renowned as a modern marketing pioneer. Born with a keen eye and trained as a performer, Khouri has a knack for finding the perfect audience.

Since she first planted her two feet on the ground, the world has been Khouri’s stage. She possessed the instinctive ability to find listening ears and eager eyes everywhere she went. She spent her youth navigating art museums in foreign lands alongside her mother and studying computer engineering at home with her father. She cultivated her appreciation for the arts during her time in high school, where stage productions were a hotter ticket than football games. This perfect storm of early influences coupled with her natural tenacity inspired Khouri’s long career as a storyteller.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Khouri launched a public relations consultancy, In Cahoots Agency. By the age of 24, she was using her digital marketing, content development, event planning and media relations savvy for a variety of clients across multiple industries. Her career trajectory has included leading internal marketing efforts for a small division of a 15,000-employee corporation, managing public relations for the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, as well as excelling in the world of publishing as the chief editor for Where Atlanta and Where Nashville Magazines.

Khouri had already packed a lifetime worth of experience into her decade-long career, but her uncontainable passion and ambition continue propelling her forward. In 2017, she founded a consulting business to house her collection of talents: Creative Powerhouse. Creative Powerhouse provides strategic brand management and audience development, as well as a variety of creative marketing needs. Khouri started this business to allow her hypercreative nature to flourish and further open herself to the right opportunities, without restraint. Whether a client needs ghostwriting, graphic design, high-level communications strategy, web design, or public relations, she has the talent to match the client’s needs.

Khouri’s unique ability to acknowledge the human story behind products, companies, and their consumers sets her work apart from the saturated field of brand management agencies. Growing at breakneck speeds, Khouri is becoming a noteworthy icon in a new age of marketing.
