She began her career in HR with ADT Security Services, Inc. (Tyco International) in Florida at the corporate HQ, then moving into the field in Georgia and SC. Later she found a position with The Home Depot working at their largest store in Buckhead and a few smaller stores in the Atlanta area. She pursued a district director position with Kindred Healthcare and moved to Boston, eventually landing back in NJ to pursue her HR consulting career with Paychex, Inc
