Reiki Level I for the Dental Hygienist 

Learn what Reiki is, it’s history and what’s involved in a Level 1 training including the hand positions for the beginning stages of physical healing for yourself and others.  Participants will also be doing some simple yoga to prepare the body for a meditation prior to being attuned for the Reiki.  Home study materials will be provided for instruction on hand positions. Reiki Level I is a prerequisite for Levels II & III soon to follow!
