2018 GHIN Registration/Renewal Form

As a service to our students, The First Tee-GCNKY offers GHIN membership through the Greater Cincinnati Golf Association (GCGA) for a fee of $10 per year for golfers under 18 or $30 per year for those 18 and older. Use this form to obtain (or renew) a USGA Handicap Index® through the Golf Handicap and Information Network (GHIN) system.
