We respectfully request that all participants arrange for on-time arrival and full attendance for this session. It is required that participants attend these workshops and stay for their duration.

Grant managers/Contract managers are also expected to attend for the first half of the day.

9:45 a.m. Forms of Energy Foundations

Get acquainted with energy in its various forms by working with the Science of Energy kit. This kit is provided to all agencies, and helps students to build an understanding of energy, and identify energy use in the world around them.

11:00 a.m. Sources of Energy Stations

Explore hands-on kits and activities that showcase renewable and non-renewable sources of energy.

12:00 p.m. Lunch & Discussion

Contract managers may depart at this time. Teacher leaders are expected to remain.

12:45 p.m. Sources of Energy Stations, continued.

2:00 p.m. Energy on Stage

Take a look at fun, creative arts activities to help make your energy unit exciting and engaging.

2:30 p.m. Review of Program Goals, Timelines & Paperwork
