Sept 6: Cumberland Valley ADD, London, KY
What is "broadband" anyway? It's a term for high speed internet. In today's society, it's becoming an essential utility like water, sewer and electricity.
Unfortunately, Kentucky ranks 47th in the nation in broadband speeds and capacity in a 2017 study. This puts your county at a severe disadvantage when trying to attract and grow new jobs and educational opportunities.
This class will give you the tools to be a pivotal player in bringing broadband to your community. An act that will enrich the lives of county residents every single day, and give your county an advantage for economic development opportunities which could increase county revenue.
